    Hi all, neff washing machine customer says intermittent spin with good load inside pump motor all ok insulation test is 23meg? I’m lost except of heater? It’s filling washing and spinning ok when I arrived. Thanks

    23meg is a rubbish result so check closely that heater AND the motor.

    I wouldn’t waste your time on the heater. (Out of interest what part was 23M?) I would be looking at the pressure vessel, 5p in the drain hose or possibly the customer.

    thanks for that, you might be right about the last one as the customer came across as the confused sort, you know when you ask closed questions and you get a higgledy piggledy reply, the machine’s working fine, i thought about the pressure vessel but as it fills to spot on level(although i now that can be deceiving), id normally check that sort of stuff but integrated and jammed in solid, thanks again.

    I’d say 3 possible causes.
    Slow drain , failing brushes or possibly just an unbalanced load –
    one large item or not a big enough variety of items in load.
