    Hi
Having problem where water is getting into fan blade which then being blown up into element tripping house trip.

Have cleaned out water and dried out element. Cleared fluff from rear of condensor and put some water into back of tray. Tested on cycle and pump did come on after a while and transfered water to upper container.

Worked for one drying cycle when the fuse was tripped again. Water back into fan and element.

    Help what am I missing

Have you cleaned out th condesor unit itself, and not just the back of the housing..other than that you may have a leak in the drawer assembly or the hoses?

    Hi Martin

Thanks for reply. the condensor itself is clean but suspect that this was done before I got there as the rear is full of fluff.

How ever I have found out that unlike the hotpoint where one hole gets blocked this unit has a series of water channels built into base. If these get blocked I understand that the unit needs to be completly stripped down and the base replaced.
Long job and expensive part. Power washing of channels does not seem to be succesful.

awaiting customer to come back on estimate
