The washer / dryer is not heating or drying during the cycle. I understand that it could be the heating element but I’m unsure if theres a seperate element for each function, ie one for heating one for drying. Also if both are not working could it be a thermostat. I’ve not noticed any fault codes but I’m unsure on how to get them to show? Any help much appreciated. Only way forward is to pull the mains plug and test the element and safety cut out.
