Bosch Logixx 8 WAS28466GB/05 – Seemingly straightforward carbons job but machine continues to pump out with start button flashing as before on all programmes. I’m guessing m/c needs resetting, had similar with other BSH models, but how?!

Unplug the motor block, turn it on then off. Reconnect the motor then try it, hopefully (fingers are crossed) it will be a runner….?

Not had worn brushes cause that fault. check the analogue pressure sensor. Had one the other day where the appliance thought it was at its overfill level so just continually pumped out . Disconnected the hose to the switch , still pumped – disconnected the switch electrically , stopped pumping. New switch cured the problem.

Turned out to be simply a question of resetting the machine.
Turn control knob to spin position, press and hold spin speed rpm selector button, rotate control knob 1 click anticlockwise to drain position, machine acknowledges and turn off. Jobs a good’un!
