Got this dishwasher where the rotational distributer had failed, hence the customer complained that the bottom basket was not being cleaned. The heater assy was changed and the machine placed on test. The machine completed a cycle on 65’degree wash but tripped the RCD on completion. Insulation test carried out but machine passed with 10meg. Tested individual components with good results. Stripped the machine again to make sure no trapped wires etc. Noticed a slight weep from the circulation pump so replaced the seals. Rebuilt machine and tested again with same result, trips the RCD on completion of cycle. Replaced the mains lead and suppressor. Has anybody got any ideas or am I just looking in the wrong place? I am bald now scratching my head.

10meg is still likely to trip RCD. Not a brilliant Megger result TBH. Terminal block in the base got wet at all did it when you stripped it out?

I disconnected the solenoid for the regeneration valve and this seemed to solve the problem so I will replace this and retest. The regeneration valve is the last item to operate on completion of the program.
