whirlpool washer dryer awz510e

i have a whirlpool washer dryer here ( new type). when you set for the machine for any programme i.e. Wash, spin or ever dryer mode, the door locks but the machine doesnt start. The pump should come on first but it doesnt all you can hear is the relay on the module clicking! Ive put in a new module and new board in the front of the machine and still the same result. Would there be a broken wire somewhere? And if anyone has a wiring diagram for said machine i would appreciate it.
