    Hi, Zanussi wouldn’t drain so checked error codes and got E23 for drain pump triac. Inspected drain pump and found it burnt out so replaced with new pump. Still same problem – cycle works until first drain and then stops with error code E23. How do you fix this problem from here – is the machine scrap now or can the triac be easily identified and replaced? Thanks. Gary

    Does the new pump work? can you test it off the machine with 240 mains but be careful i would check the PCB tracks on PCB could have blown
