My Samsung FF (4.5 year old model which is now well known to be a disaster) suddenly lost all freezing and cooling power and a large pool of water emerged from under the FF. Samsung are sending out an engineer (which is taking 5 days!) but I’m not confident this fault falls into one of their “6 manufacturing faults with this model that we’ll fix for free” category.
Anybody got a view on what this fault is likley to be? The display on the front initially failed to show the temperature creeping up, but then after a power off/on it showed the true temperature inside the freezer/fridge. All the food is destroyed, so to say I’m P****d off is an understatement.
