    Guys

Recently a posting came out on the WTA forum advertising special offers to WTA members from Masterpart.

Not having a Masterpart account we duly sent the email requesting an account application form and got an automated response saying “thanks for the communication”.

Three weeks later we have heard nothing whatsoever from them.

Now I have to ask is there any point advertising an organisation which is so poor that it cannot even communicate?

I dont want the WTA tarnished with a link to bad service, bad experiences and bad communications.

If Masterpart dont want to do what they say they will do, fine, but dont advertise them otherwise it makes it look like the WTA and therefore us that manage the association are part of the problem, You know how fickle members are!

Hi Carl, sorry for the delay with the MasterPart stuff. Brian Creswell is away until 12th of August. I would imagine that there will be a quick response on his return.

    Cheers George

    Is Bryan Italian?

The original email was sent 12 July and he won’t be available to 12 August equals a month holiday, only Ken and the Italians have a month off! Ha ha

We will see what happens but I won’t hold my breath!

Carl, I have spoken to Masterpart on your behalf and they have shown concern that your request has not been followed-up in the normal manner of within just a few days.

I have sent you a PM with an email address and name for you to contact directly to be attended to.

    regards
    George
