    The customer tells me that whenever she uses the dryer the clothes are left soaking wet and E20 and E10 appear.

    In the memory was E22, I found the condenser very blocked, cleared and tested and all seemed ok.

    Customer leaves a message on the phone over the weekend saying the same thing has happened.

    I know the triple valve can be a problem on these machines but I have found when the solenoid goes open circuit it causes no water to come in not leave the clothes sodden?.

    Am I missing something obvious, any ideas please?

    I think you will off sorted the E20 fault out by clearing the condenser but I think the error stored now will now be E12 the coil on the valve as you stated if this fails then the clothes would be wet and steamy .

    Hi,

    Replaced the triple inlet valve and the customer has just phoned back and said its still doing the same, clothes coming out wet and ‘E20’ appears.

    Anyone got any ideas before I have to go down the horrible refund route?

    The NTC at the bottom of the condenser creates the E20 error so it follows that whilst the condenser was crudded I’m thinking that the NTC is still sitting in gunge?
