    Customer reports clothes coming out hot and wet after drying cycle

    I observed it for 10 mins and pump did not kick in at all, although pumps fine on wash cycle.

    Condensing water seems to be coming in fine

    Any ideas please

    Thanks for that – so presuming pump is kicking in after 15 mins, why might clothes be coming out hot, wet etc

    Am sure you’ve tried it but is condenser/fan clear of fluff
