i have a whirlpool (badged diplomat) apm 6002 fridge freezer unit. the freezer seems to be ok.
however, the fridge is not cooling adequately even with the thermostat on max (7).
id appreciate some advise on what the issue may be.
    cheers 😉

Does the compressor run continuously and ice on back wall of fridge? If so unlikely to be thermostat unless it switches off compressor. Are INTERNAL doors closing ok?

    appreciate the prompt response 😉

while i havent monitored the compressor over an extended period of time, it seems to run ok.
no ice on the ‘inside’ back wall of fridge.
    internal “fridge” door shuts ok.

i will monitor the compressor tonight.
is there a typical cycle i should listen out for? say on 5 mins.. off 25 mins… and repeats… etc..
    kindly advise?

Water droplets on back wall with compressor running? Might run for APPROXIMATELY 30 mins then stop till back wall defrosted.
