Samsung RS21 Ice Tray in dispenser appears to turn too far

Hi,

I’ve just had to replace the frame in my RS21 due to damage it had incurred from the ice tray turning in it. I’ve put it in today, following all the fiiting instructions and everything looks fine. When I press the reset button, the ice tray turns, but it is as if it goes too far and catches the inside of the frame and keeps turning until it looks like it might snap the frame (which is what I assumed caused the original damage). Is this normal or should the ice tray stop turning before it hits the inside of the frame? I had bought a replacement ice unit and tried that which did exactly the same thing, so therefore it is either normal behaviour or I have set it up wrong, but I’m sure I haven’t. Just wanted to check before I switch the unit back on again as I’m concerned the frame will get broken again.
