    I don’t normally repair these but the customer in a guest house is complaining of marks on sheets.The drum has quite a bit of movement and there is a gap at the rear of the drum between the drum and rear seal.The seal looks to be in good condition and there are no black marks.
    I suspect that perhaps the front rollers are worn and possible there are drum guides and a felt seal to replace.
    I would like to go armed with the correct parts.Does anybody have any experience of these and know what I am likely to need in the way of parts/numbers.

    If you ring whirlpool they supply the parts at trade prices and ship fast, easy to work on just take drum out, and you can accesses the all parts very easy , if you force the pulley to stay open it makes the belt slip off with ease hope this helps
