    Need a drain pump for one of the above. Clips onto end of motor. Have not got model number only Whirlpool gold Ultimate care 2.
    Any idea on part no price and where to get one

    Simon the common one was 4819 360 18249 – List price £32.70 + VAT.

    The motor to gearbox coupling is not broken. Pump is very difficult to turn when removed and only works if hose is on the floor.Spins o.k.

    hi,

    Simon there are 2 drain pumps….
    The diference is one has twin pipe connections the same size and the other twin pipe connections of different diameters.

    The model numbers are found by lifting the lid and look along the rear exposed edge of the cabinet. Close the lid and it covers up the inscriptions.

    Take care when removing the old pump as there is a plastic sleeve on the motor shaft, that is not shown on the parts list,which may get discarded with the old pump and cause hours of pain when trying to work out why it is not pumping out.

    Could not find numbers on visit. Will return to get serial numbers. Luckily When i removed the pump to try and find wool throw blockage did notice the bush sitting on the end of the motor shaft. Have only repaired one of these before (coupling snapped). This one feels as if there is something tangled in pump seal.

    Serial no is CL3701510
    Type is 111
    Can anyone give me the part no for the pump please?
