    Hi

I have one of the above and one of the control knob shafts has snapped!

I’ve ordered the part but just tried to remove the front panel by taking out the screws around the bottom edge but its still fixed.

Can anyone please offer any advice on how I can remove it.

    Thanks very much

I don’t know the particular model, but, try sliding it to the left before bringing forward.

    Better late than never…
    Remove glass top.
    Remove glass top hinge anchors.
    Remove all gas ring screws.
Remove rear left, rear centre and rear right hob screws.
    Lift hob rear.
Slide hob forward to disengage front.
Lift hob up and rearward, prop on blocks.
    Open both upper doors.
    Remove heat shields.
    Remove all gas knobs.
Remove 4 x countersunk screws on exposed top edge of controls.
Control panel can now be depopulated of electrical controls and removed.

Six years later, thanks to notjohnrm for the instructions on how to access the Leisure Cookmaster CM101 control panel. This gave me the confidence to tackle the job, and succeed.
