Hi called out for the 01fault. Cleared the tube at the front.
Now the display for the first 3 programs show 199 minutes the 4th
program 84 and the 5th 16.
Suspect customer was messing about with it.
Any ideas how I can report it or is it a new con.

It’s obviously pretty bunged up by the sounds of it and the Tubidity sensor crudded up. So a few maximum heat programmes may clear it allowing the microprocessor to reset to the more usual programme timings. If not, try replacing the Turbidity sensor or better still the whole heater unit.
