    Hi, a customer has a Neff double oven (U1721N2GB/05).
    The bulb in the bottom oven stays on constantly, can anyone tell me why it may be doing this?

    Main oven switch connections fused?

    Find the switch, look at it and see if it shows any sign of damage.

    If it can be fixed fair enough or, if not then replace it.

    Do bear in mind that it was merely a suggestion on where to start looking, not the final destination.
