Hi guys, this is a 2000w grill element i just cant seem to source, i did fit a qualtex element that did go on ok but then i realised id just fitted a 2500w element 😯 , its a single oven that can have both grill and bottom base element on at the same time for 3.1kw so its right up to 13amps and it uses a plugtop not hard wired i worked out with my 2500w element it would be 15amps if the customer used both together, prob not a good idea, it did get me thinking of all the appliances people plug in together on extension leads and seem to get away with it and it must creep well above 13amps without the fuse blowng or the wire getting hot?
