Just had a call from them myself, and would like more info if anyone has any?

Website isn’t inspiring, but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything.
They sounded ok on the phone and are going to send me some info in the mail.Trevor

I am starting to get a bit nervous about these guys.
My first invoice went in on 28/8/2013 and to date haven’t been paid. They are on stop now.Its the same story with another member on here.
I called them earlier this week and was told Jamie Robertson was going into a meeting with the companies MD to discuss outstanding invoices.I have tried all day today to make contact only to get an engaged tone.
I will keep you posted but for now I would advise to hold off doing business with them.

you guys should go to (advertising removed by admin).they give gobs and you get paid for everything direct from the customer.labour and parts.you quote own charges and supply own spare parts so you make all the profit on spare parts.
upside is you get more charge jobs, you get mark up on parts and you get paid there n then.also,as you pay them a referal comision, you dont wait for money like all the others.
downside is none.
they only charge 20 pound per job you do and that invoiced weekly so you get paid before you pay them for the job.
why do people always do work for people and wait for money?.and then it.seems like it is you dont get paid.October 18, 2013 at 4:30 pm #399674kwatt

You should wind your neck in about some referral site that means Jack to most people and stop trying to hi-jack threads to promote it.
Any further posts in the same vein will be deleted without warning.

Yes, it is to chat, not for you to advertise in by way of hijacking threads for your own ends.
Stop it.

What I think Ken is getting at is start a new thread.
This thread is for the topic Chilly Warranty Shop.
Your posting on it dilutes the topic, which makes it hard reading having to sift through no relevant posts.

Yes.
The post was entirely unrelated to the topic under discussion and served only as advertising for A. N. Other referral service which, is probably just as bad for repairers as any of the rest of them. Hence the halt to it. Zero relevance.
No matter how clever some may think the advertising, I will spot it or, one of the mods will and we will delete it. We’re not stupid and the action taken would be taken for them all irrespective of who’s business it is.
Other enterprises along the same lines have been rejected for advertising at cost on here and deleted when posted without asking.
On the topic…
Mixed reviews, no surprise there it’s simple customer stuff. Some happy, some not. What’s real and what isn’t is open to debate but more on that at a later date on how that stuff plays out.
Paying bills, no idea as there’s not enough feedback from the trade as yet to make a sensible call on that. So, any input to make a decent recommendation is going to be appreciated by all.

We’ve done work for chilly warranty shop for a few weeks now and had to put them on stop this week after six invoices became overdue.
The terms are thirty days from receipt of invoice.
I’ve spoken with them today and they’ve actually paid the invoices. A couple more invoices will become due next week, so we’ll see what happens and report back. -
