Went to this machine about 3 weeks ago to change a wash pump. Recalled by customer as the machine would run. Switched on and selected program and nothing. Checked the door switch and wiring through the door. Anybody had the same problem with these machines. Clues please.

you say you’ve checked the door switch, but is the actuator meeting the switch mechanism and operating the micro switch?
