Hotpoint WMPF 843G UK W/M Wont Fill

Hello
I went to this washing machine because it was stuck full of water and clothes. I sucked out the water with my Vax wet cleaner through the outlet hose, and removed a hair band from the pump. Put the filter back in and away it pumped. At no time did I move or tip up the machine.

Now however it wont fill with water. I removed the pressure hose and did the 1Ltr reset, but it still wont fill. (I did this without removing the clothes)

When a prog is selected it will pump for 1 min then do nothing except countdown on the time (no error code)

Could this be a pressure switch prob, or the module?
