There are two of these either side of the machine connected to the top then going down each side. The door spring then attaches to the loop to keep the door sprung properly. I’ve looked through all the part list on the CONNECT website and have done a PNE but they say that NO parts are available…. Can anyone help me please?

looking on connect can see there is no daig on this model for cabinet
but
looking at model KDW241FI/B
item 122 on mediator
i think part you may need is 0120100053
these are the wires that come from the top through the door spring adjusters
hope i am right but a bit vague description and from another model but good chance its the same partDave

THANKS Dave that is the part I need alright. I can’t get to see Mediator on my connect screen, how do I optain that feature as it sounds like a great thing to have?

If you look at the left hand colums the top one of second column down says “brand”
Use this to search the make/model number, then it will show parts available for that specific model and you will see a tab marked “mediator” tnis shows exploded diagrams etc….not available for everything, but very handy all the same,,Martin
