    The top arm on my hotpoint dishwasher is catching at the back of the machine. Has anyone else had this issue and how is it solved. It’s not quite clearing the bottom nut type thingy (think this is the bit that helps guide the top arm into place)

    Is the sliding rack located correctly on the runners either side?
