    hi guys got a call from customer about water running out of the freezer onto the floor constantly , he turned off the water inlet , but the inside of the freezer is clogged with ice everything frozen to the shelves , sounds like ice maker trouble , does the ice flap control the solenoid at the back? , this is a hard water area so im thinkin it is the solenoid stuck open anyone had any of these b4 ,ser. no. 858642015000

    easy to prove if its the valve leaking, just turn the water on and see. Could be nothing more than the water pipe into the ice maker or the plastic funnel being frozen or blocked with something. Could also be a overfilling ice maker, older ones were mechanical and could be adjusted, not that you should ever need to. TBH its a case of getting out there a taking a look

    had a look yesterday , turned on water and i could hear it running into the freezer cavity , duff solenoid
