    Visited this one the other day.

    Samsung side by side fridge freezer
    RS21DCNS
    Serial number: 854043CW500698M

    Top of fridge side is warm. Have already freed some ice from the fridge fan and steamed ice build up from fan and drainage tubes. Left on test with customer over the weekend but still no change.

    Poss fan unit change?
