    I have just fitted a new Water Fill valve to try and correct the issue I have with the washing conditioner not emptying out of the soap box. I have tested and the conditioner is still not emptying. Have checked the level of the machine and it is slightly raised at the front, have also checked the water inlet hose and the hoses going from the water valve into the soap box. Everything is clear. The soap box is clean. The water pressure is good.

    Have checked and I have noticed that the water going into the left hand side of the soap box (main soap container) does not have as strong a flow as the right side.

    Any body have any suggestions as to what could be wrong – I would be very grateful as I don’t want to have to consider a new machine.

    Probably need to replace the dispenser top. They get bunged up

    I have made certain that the dispenser top is clear. Also there does not seem to be any way to change the dispenser top on this model.

    I would advise not buying from the robbing Herbert’s but rather direct from Bosch as shown HERE
