    My Bosch WFO2064 washing machine stopped in mid-wash and tripped an MCB. After removing clothes in machine, resetting the MCB and setting the controller to a wash programme all the LEDs lit up and a pump or something started up and continued until the controller was switched off. The drum is free to rotate and the drive belt seems ok, but the drive shaft is stationary. Any advice as to what’s wrong and how to rectify this fault would be appreciated. Thanks, Bill

    Have a look at the motor Bill, the brushes have probably worn out.
