Hi,need some help/advice the other half setup to do some ironing tonight, And all seemed to be working except the steam started to come out the side of the iron when you press the switch not out the sole plate, It’s as if the hose connecting to the plate has come off in side the cover

Quite likely it has – that, or you need a new sole plate. Pretty easy to get into. Torx at front and back. Pull back cover off, handle top lifts off after releasing a couple of tabs

Hi can only see two torx at the back they seem to half a pin in the middle of the head thats stopping the torx bit going in do i need a special torx bit also how do you release the tabs at the handle basicly how to open for dummies explanation

Yup, you need a torx with a hole in the middle. There’s either a plastic cover which hides the front screw and is recessed into and flush with the handle at the front, or that screw is visible when the handle is removed – can’t remember which. You will see the tabs once you’ve removed the back cover.
