Lots of posts about this error code but not many on resolution, not been out to it yet.

Just had a quick look, doesn’t appear to have an impellor jug fitted.
Customer said she tipped it back and no water came out????

Read NomadPauls reply, any other obvious leak points.?

    Jim.

Damn, why don’t they give you the full story, just phoned her back to book the call and she said, ” oh, by the way when we tried it after tipping it back it ran for ten minutes then tripped the mains”. :rolls:

Reed switch / flow meter part no. 611317

E15 water in base (as you know)

Tripping the electrics could be, as you know, water into anything. (Even though no water came out).

(Why don’t they give you the full story – because we are mind readers)!

Hi. Not read Nomad Paul’s reason for leak yet, but i had one recently where the customer had a Granite worktop and the water leaked between the wall and the worktop, and carried on down the back of the dishwasher and into the sump. I was lucky to see it before dismantling. Thought I would mention it in case you were unlucky enough to have the same thing.
