hi i fitteed a new heater to a cda cw496/1 its a w/pool part number480140102047, there is a sheet in with it saying after fitting new heater it is mandatory to run a complelte service test cycle to reset the control board and the power supply to the heating element otherwise heater will not work, anyone know how to do this? there is a web site which i have tried to set an account up but need quicker if anyone can help

I have fitted a few of these elements, and have never done the complete service test cycle to reset the control board. I don’t think it is needed. Just do your usual tests. Job done
