Hoover VHW654D-80 Washer Dryer.
I have had a persistent E11 error code appearing half way through wash cycle until now as machine has stopped working and error code is on permanently.
Followed some previous posts which offered great advice and I have traced the problem to a loose wire connection on the drying probe on top of drying duct, the wires had snapped off the connector. All I need is the small white connector that clips into the sensor as its not possible to reuse but I’m unable to locate? Has anybody who’s had this problem managed to locate a new clip? Told by Hoover that I need to buy a complete new wiring loom for £60 which is a bit over the top?!

TBH that’s probably about right, most connectors like that will only be supplied as part of the wiring loom. A lot of manufacturers will insist on a loom change for stuff like that with the dreaded “safety” quoted as being the reason as otherwise you need to splice wiring or much about a fair bit normally.
You could try Dave on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and he may be able to get the loom a little cheaper but, that’s about all I can suggest.

You can get a loom just for the dryer part that includes that connector. I had one the same and someone on here gave the correct part no on connect. Have looked back but can’t see it , will have another look. Part was only a few quid
