    In conventional mode main oven works and temperature accurate

    In fan mode putting temp at 200C and it doesn’t get above 100C having left it for 25 mins and using the accelerate button.

    By pushing the temp to maximum it does start creeping up reaching 175C after 35 mins

    In fan mode the fan behind the grill at the rear of the cooker is spinning.

    Any advice would be appreciated

    There are several elements in this product, suspect one of them is faulty.
