Hello there,
We’ve recently bought a brand new holiday home in Turkey and need to get a kitchen put in. The kitchen guy recommended Franke appliances; oven, microwave, fridge x2 , hood, induction hob they seem to do everything. I think in the UK Franke only does sinks and taps? I don’t remember seeing any appliances made by Franke in the UK. I never used any Franke appliances but did use Siemens so I’m not sure whether to stick to Siemens or give Franke a try. They do seem to work out roughly the same in terms of price. Any recommendations will be highly appreciated.(They also sell Smeg but I didn’t look at them)

Franke appliances are an unknown quantity in the UK. Looking at their products on their website they look stylish but not a lot else.If it were me I would stick with Siemens products, you know you are getting a reputable German brand who produce quality appliances.

Serefe to you too Don:) How would you rate Siemens v Smeg? Smeg works out 7000 TL (which is about £2.5K) more than Siemens or Franke. is it worth spending extra? thanks very much!
