    This very old “vintage” machine, has finally given up.

    All that is required are the motor brushes.

    The original and pattern versions appear to be non existent.

    Is there any type that can be obtained and modified to fit?

    I would really hate to have to send this machine for scrap for the sake of such a small item.

    Don’t know because I never worked on them but did this machine use a Hoover motor like the earlier Servis machines?

    If so then I have a couple of sets of brushes for those.

    Looks like it is a Servis motor BD6222
