SAMSUNG RS21DCNS Problem – please help!!

Hi,
I had been having issues with the ice maker on my SAMSUNG RS21DCNS, so I cleared all the ice and pressed in the black Test/reset button. The ice maker motor started functioning but then stopped and the lights inside the fridge and freezer started blinking. The display lights are not lighting up and I can’t reset to find an error code. I removed the back bottom panel and the fan is starting/stopping in a similar time pattern as the lights are blinking. There is a clicking sound coming from the bottom right hand corner (as you look at the back).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
