Been to this washer/dryer today after customer reported loud banging noise and burning. The drum is running off centre, ripped part of door gasket, but I can’t find any bearing wear,!! I have never changed bearing ect on this make, I would like some advice please. I would presume the drum spider is shot ! but looking at parts diagram there seems to be a rear support and bearing, and spider for drum. so need to know what parts I would require, so I can price the job. thanks John.

Strip down to find what’s needed the only possible solution but sounds like drum spider broken off……?
Very costly repair so I hope they have deep pockets to punt such a costing!
