    Hi, this machine will not spin. After putting a load in and coming home from work to find the load still very wet. I put it on a spin only cycle, the drum turns but only at slow speed.

    There are no error messages displayed at all.

    Anyone have any ideas/things I could try please?

    Unbalanced load? Try redestributing the washing or better still add more to try to balance it up. If, with the drum empty, it still won’t spin then it’s time to take a look at the motor for worn brushes etc.
