Visited the machine, door lock made couple of clicks but no lock, program went to end, then flashes 4 times.

Had troubles finding fault code, think it looked like an E43 code.

Am I correct on this one? Do I replace the interlock and hope for the best? not sure what is traic problem.

Is it possible that a fault code can been taken into account of number flashes like with Hotpoint rather than displaying error codes, just that it takes so long to scroll through to find the codes and after googling then I came to the conclusion of E43. Not sure if this is good practice for engineers like me to google on my iPad at a customer’s house. it will give my customers cause for concern that I was browsing the internet.

Yep, drag out the main power board and I think you will see a blown interlock triac on there?

It is the power board blown. Is it repairable by QER or EMW?

Forgot to mention that I attended two machines of the same model on that week, both same age, both even had the same faults.

EMW and QER do not repair them. You get new replacement module from Connect but I needed to know what else to replace as board don’t blow up on its own.

Door interlock is the #1 suspect.
