    Hi,
    I have a Beko dishwasher which doesn’t wash properly. It goes through the full programme cycle but the water doesn’t heat up at all. Electric current seems to get to the heating element so not sure whether it’s the heating element or the control panel which is at fault.
    Sometimes the flap doesn’t open to release the washing tablet but not every time!
    Serial number 11-501013-06 model number DFM 683S.
    Is this a problem anyone recognises with this model and do you have any advice please?

    First, and most obvious question : Why don’t you test the heating element?
