    Hi

    .I have new Panasonic for a week now and i have noticed some annoying sound,almost like small Diesel generator kind of buzzing noise specially during the end of cycle,coming from bottom right corner ,flap to open where Pump Filter is located.It been like that since day 1 and i check filter etc .

    here is video , its only 16sec long but this noise goes for at least 5-6 min before the end of every cycle (drainj out ).

    What do you think of this ,is it normal ? previously i had aeg for 6 years and never experienced such a noise

    I would like to hear your opinion on that

    Pump mounting loose, call in the service agent to take a look.

    o WOW thanks Martin,so you reckon its not normal?
    I had an Panasonic Engineer ( well different company forgot name that provide servicing for panasonic) and he said its probably normal and as its new washing machine he didnt really bother with testing it fully ,just agree with me ,and then he suppose to write report,that i need to provide to retailer in order to exchange machine,problem is he wrote in report that everything is ok.
