    Hi guys, hope you can help with a problem we’re having – we had someone out to fix our washing machine yesterday, but when we turn it on now, it’ll either sit at the same number cycle (both the key and power lights lit), or if I set it to a spin cycle, the wheel will click round eventually settling on cycle 3 (again, with both lights lit constantly).

    Any ideas?

    Let’s start again shall we 😉

    There’s obviously an error occuring there, hence the lights staying on.

    What did the engineer repair yesterday ?

    As dpm says, you’re first point of call should be to ask them to return and check the appliance.

    It may well be that a different fault has developed since the visit yesterday, it’s not unheard of 😉
