    I have connected to mains and switched on. The red power light is on, but when I switch to. 1, nothing happens. Is there a trick or assembly method to make it work please? I have lost instructions. I have tried online but no luck.

    Are all the attachments fitted correctly and tightened ?

    As carcass I know.
    I tried the juicer before and would not work. I separated the items and re assembled. No luck. I will try again.
