    Thought I would post here as I know what this lot are like, but recieved in error a letter from GB dar today stating all their call prices, thought you all might be interested.

    Servis: £32.00
    Expert/Beko/Baumatic/Crosslee/Hairer/Naiko/Pinnacle:£31.00
    Retra £32.00
    Samsung: £35.00 +10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} on parts (assume then all the other rates are parts at cost)

    Interesting…

    Retra pay £47.50 directly and Samsung were paying £45 to D&G agents.

    No mention of the half fee for BER products then ?

    I think it’s time that an anonymous source got these figures out in the open, don’t you?
