I have one of these with a customer complains that when she uses the fan oven, it fill the kitchen with moisture/steam.

I have checked the door seal, hinges etc and the door shuts correctly.
There is a gap in the door seal at the center top which is meant to be there and it is obvious that this is where the steam is coming from.
Anyone come accross this and is there a fix?

its most likely what she is cooking rather than a fault with the oven. Some ovens are “sealed” and steam up inside when stuff is cooked straight form the freezer. This sounds like a non sealed oven so will steam up the room if the conditions are correct. Suggest opening a window maybe?
