    Got a customer complaining of oversudsing in a new Zanussi washing machine which we sold her two weeks ago. 🙁 She uses the dissolving liquitabs.
    Anyone had any problems like this, as I’m presuming it’s to do with the lower water levels on the new machine as her old one was a Hotpoint WM.
    Not been to look yet but I’m sure its not a machine fault. 😉

    some detergents do foam more than others, especially on the hotter washes. For my sins i have a hotpoint wma and my wife has used fairy on a hot wash and the drum is full to the top with foam. It even had me pacing the kitchen floor with worry 😆

    yep, watch this space, in a few weeks some of us may well be more knowledgable in this side of things.
