    Hi to all, I’m in need of some help!

    I have a rental property and I installed a standard single Candy oven in the summer. It’s a new oven, however it was in storage for a while so it’s no longer covered by the warranty.

    The model is: FPP 406/1 X.
    And Type: MR04

    The RCD is tripping when I turn the heat switch. It does this no matter what function I have chosen (grill, fan element etc).
    Does it sound like the heat switch needs replacing? Or the thermostat?

    Hi Colin

    It does have a 5 yr parts warranty so all you pay for is the labour.

    Pm me your model code and serial number and I can confirm for you
