    Morning all!

    Wonder if anyone can help. I have the above integral under counter freezer which I defrost and clean every 6 months. However I can never get rid of the ice at the bottom of the freezer under the lower drawer.

    Does this matter? Will it harm the freezer or performance?

    Could you check the model number again please as AEG products with the U prefix are ovens not freezers.
