    Model sgs43c02gb/43
    Fd 8310

    Not in bosch recall models have checked with bosch

    Called no water intake
    Cleared usual gundged up areas left hand side
    Water intake starts

    But drain pump continually runs..flood activation ok..dry base

    Fill manually..main pumps kicks in although drains within a few minutes

    After Re-set. Normal and quick lights flash
    Any ideas appreciated

    Presumably the float micro and anti flood micro switches are working OK and the pressure chamber and transfer pipe are clear? Have you checked the PCB for surface component damage?

    Have checked micros and pressure unit all appear to be ok

    How very odd because on the Bosch Repairaction web site it IS one of those recall models. See HERE

    And if it hasn’t got a blue sticker on the outer door panel I suggest your customer contact Bosch to get that PCB changed. The fault sounds as though that could well be the problem.
