    Good evening

    Just bought a new washing machine and it was delivered today, now on the first wash it has a loud banging/rattling sound as its spinning up and and goes away when on full spin and rattles again spinning down.

    Any suggestions as to what is causing this as it’s a new machine and only done 1 wash?

    Have you removed all of the transit bolts/packing as per instructions ?

    Yes, all bolts and packaging removed

    Its fine through out the wash except for about the first 7 or so seconds of the spin then it’s fine through the spin
